Shaun is a Texas native with a long-standing commitment to sustainability and clean eating. His interest in honey and insects began at a young age and grew into a passion; what started as a hobby in beekeeping soon became his life’s work. He now works in the industry full time.

Creekside Hives was founded by Shaun the Beekeeper, to help save local bee populations and provide practical solutions for landowners in the Austin area. We serve Travis, Hays, and Williamson counties, supporting both the natural environment and the people who live within it.

Together, Sustainable Home Solutions, Creekside Hives, and Shaun the Beekeeper address issues such as high property taxes for landowners, bees in unwanted locations, and the demand for chemical-free honey and bee products. Our approach offers a healthy alternative for those who prefer products free from the miticides and other chemicals commonly found in commercial bee products.
